Services

Each session is tailored to you.

Treatment may include acupuncture and other techniques that support circulation, regulation, and recovery.

Initial visits are longer and more in-depth , with time to look at your full health picture and begin treatment. Follow-up sessions are more focused, while still unhurried and individualized. Care is tailored to what your body needs over time rather than a one-size-fits all protocol.

For many of the conditions I treat, consistency matters and treatments are most effective when sessions are spaced regularly over time, especially in the early phases of treatment.

Areas of Focus

You may benefit from this work if you’re experiencing:

Chronic Pain

Ongoing pain that persists despite everything you’ve tried. This includes but is not limited to: neck and back pain, headaches and migraines, jaw tension, general body pain. I have many patients that are hypermobile and living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

Nervous System Regulation

Support for anxiety, chronic stress, overwhelm, and a body that doesn’t fully settle. This includes anxiety, panic, burnout, sleep issues, and feeling constantly “on edge”.

Complex Cases

For patients who have tried multiple approaches without resolution. You don’t need a diagnosis, just a sense that something isn’t fully resolving

Fertility & Preconception

Support for cycle regulation, hormonal balance, and preparing the body for conception.

Pregnancy & Postpartum

Care during pregnancy and recovery after birth, including physical healing and nervous system support.

Lactation Support

Support for milk supply, pain, latch challenges, stress and overwhelm with feeding, and breastfeeding that feels difficult

Hormonal Health: Cycles, Perimenopause and Menopause

Support for hormonal patterns that affect mood, pain, energy and overall stability throughout different life stages. This includes PMS, painful or heavy periods, cycle irregularity, as well as symptoms related to perimenopause and menopause such as hot flashes, night seats, sleep disruption, and mood changes.

Founding Patient Offer

As I open my practice, I’m offering a small number of founding patient spots:

Initial visit: $120 (normally $150)
3 session package $300 (normally $380)

Limited to my first 10 patients. Sessions are intended to be used within 6 weeks.

Initial Visit: $250

Insurance

I work outside of insurance so care can be tailored to you, not limited by visit caps or standardized protocols.

For many of the conditions I treat, consistency and flexibility matter. Working outside of insurance makes it possible to tailor care based on what is actually needed, rather than what is covered.

You will receive the information needed to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Any reimbursement from your insurance company will be paid directly to you.

A small number of reduced-rate appointments are available.

These are intended for patients who would benefit from care but may not otherwise be able to access it.
